1299. Annual Zone 2 Representation

Report to Changkat Changi Secondary School at 1415

Details of the event:

Venue: Changkat Changi Secondary School; 23 Simei Street 3, Singapore 529894
Date: 13 Octobder 2012 (Saturday)
Time: 3.00pm to approximately 5.30pm
Attire: Full SJAB Uniform (Sec 1 cadets without uniform must be in school uniform with tie. Cadets in improper attire such as 'T' shirt will be asked to leave the venue immediately.)

1300. The attire for all members will be Full Uniform (Ironed St. John white shirt, St. John culottes/pants, beret, belt, boots and nametag). All members are expected to polish their boots.

1301. All members are reminded to bring ear hooks, cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.

1302. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Saturday's ceremony are to do so before Saturday 13 October 2012 to their respective Platoon Sergeants.

1303. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Saturday 13 October 2012 to the respective platoon sergeants. The style of the letter should be of the acceptable format. Disciplinary actions will be taken towards those who did not submit their outstanding excuse letters.
