Sec 1
230 - 300pm: Footdrill
300 - 345pm: Games
345 - 400pm: Break
400 - 500pm: Games

Attire: PE attire.
Things to bring: Water bottle, small towel

Sec 2 and 3 (involved in NDP)
230 - 300pm: Footdrill
300 - 530pm: NDP rehearsal

Attire: Full SJAB uniform
