230pm - 235pm: Fall in and take attendance

235pm - 400pm: First Aid / Case Study

400pm - 415pm: Break

415pm - 530pm: First Aid / Case Study

530pm: Dismissal

Attire: PE attire 

Please bring along your water bottle.
