Hi cadets,
Below are the following for 7 Feb Friday training:
2:30-2:35 Fall in and Attendance taking
2:35-4 First aid
4-4:15. Break
4:15 to 5:30 footdrill
5:30 Dismissal
Attire: PE. Make sure you have your earhooks, proper socks, neatly trimmed fingernails and for nursing cadets, hair in bun.
What to bring: water bottle, first aid Manual, notebook and pen
