Competition training

to clear doubts, there will be competition trainings for the competition team members during this holiday till the 17 December 2005 from 0800 - 1200. You will be informed if there is any further changes to the time slot & training dates either before the day or on the day itself. we hope to get full co-operation & flexibility from you guys. may we all work peacefully hand-in-hand towards the top & make temasek proud. thank you.

Things needed to bring on course day one:

• 1.5L Ice Mountain Bottle
• 1 First Aid kit & 1 First Aid Pouch
• $1 per person for those who need to retake the KSJ

• Medical report for those with medical history as there will be a medical review on course day 1.
