0967. Training Programme
For Sec1-3 Members:
1500-1530 Opening parade/attire check
1530-1645 Footdrill
1645-1700 Break
1700-1750 Footdrill
1750-1800 Closing parade
0968. The attire for all Sec 1 members will be PT kit.(PE shirt and PE shorts.) The attire for all Sec 2,and 3 members will be Half-u. (St John t-shirt/ PE t-shirt and St John culottes for nursing; St John t-shirt/ PE t-shirt and long pants for ambulance; boots, beret, name tag and St John belt.) Members are reminded to polish their boots. Nursing members are to bring their hairnets/bun nets.
0969. All members are reminded to bring a 1.5 litre ice mountain water bottle, ear hooks, cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.
0970. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Tuesday's training are to do so before Tuesday, 29th June 2010 to the Discipline master.
0971. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Tuesday, 29th June 2010 to the DM. The style of the letter should be of the acceptable format. Disciplinary actions will be taken towards those who did not submit their outstanding excuse letters.
0972. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.

0964. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Monday's training are to do so before Tuesday, 8th June 2010 to the Discipline master.
