1033. Training Programme
For all Members:
1430-1600 Games
1600-1615 Break
1615-1700 PT
1034. The attire for all Sec 1-3 members will be PT kit(PE shorts and PE pants).
1035. All members are reminded to bring a 1.5 litre ice mountain water bottle, ear hooks, cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.All cadets are reminded to bring their first aid materials.
1036. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Friday's training are to do so before Friday, 27 August 2010 to the Discipline master.
1037. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Friday, 27 August 2010 to the respective platoon sergeants. The style of the letter should be of the acceptable format. Disciplinary actions will be taken towards those who did not submit their outstanding excuse letters.
1038. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.

1028. The attire for all Sec 1-3 members will be Full u. (St John uniform and St John culottes for nursings; St John uniform and long pants for ambulance; boots, beret, name tag and St John belt.) Members are also reminded to bring along their Pt kit (PE shirt and PE shorts). Members are reminded to polish their boots. Nursing members are to bring their hairnets/ bun nets.
