For All Members:
1430 – 1445 Opening Parade/ Uniform Check
1445 – 1600 Foot drill
1600 – 1615 Break

Sec 1s: First Aid Lecture
Sec 2s: First Aid Case Study
1645 – 1700 Closing Parade

0050. The attire for all members will be PT kit. (i.e. St John t-shirt/ PE t-shirt (for sec 1s) and school PE shorts.

0051. All members are reminded to bring a 1.5 litre water bottle, first aid manual, cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.

0052. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Tuesday training are to do so before Tuesday, 11th September 2007 to their respective Platoon SGTs.

0053. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Tuesday, 11th September 2007. Submissions are to be made to the respective Platoon SGTs. The style of the letter should be of the acceptable format.

0054. All Sec 1s and 2s are reminded to bring their A4 exercise books for first aid lecture with all the previous lecture notes written inside.

0055. All Sec 2s and 3s are reminded to bring their passport sized photo taken in full uniform without headdress (hair must be neat with no fringe and of acceptable length) by next Tuesday, 11th September 2007.

0056. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.

For All Members:
0700 Report at Lavender MRT Control Station
0700-0730 Walk to the St John Ambulance Brigade Headquarters
0730-1000 Annual Walkathon
1000 Dismissed from the St John Ambulance Brigade Headquarters

0044. The attire for all members will be PT kit. (i.e. St John t-shirt/ PE t-shirt (for sec 1s) and school PE shorts.

0045. All members are reminded to cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.

0046. Any members who is applying to be excused for this Sunday’s Annual Walkathon are to do so by this Sunday, 9th September 2007 to their respective Platoon SGTs.

0035. The attire for sec 1s, 2s and 3s will be Half-U. (i.e. St John t-shirt/PE t-shirt (for sec1) and St John culottes for nursing; St John t-shirt and long pants for ambulance; boots, berets, name tags and St john belt.) Members are reminded to polish their boots. Nursing members are to bring their hairnets.

0036. All members are reminded to bring a 1.5 litre water bottle, first aid manual, cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.

0037. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Saturday's training are to do so before Tuesday, 4th September 2007 to their respective Platoon SGTs.
