1545-1600 Break
1615-1745 First-Aid

0956. The attire for all cadets is P.T kit.

0957. All members are reminded to bring a 1.5 litre ice mountain water bottle, ear hooks, cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.

0958. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Tuesday's training are to do so before Tuesday, 18th May 2010 to the Discipline master.

0959. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Friday, 9th April 2010 to the DM. The style of the letter should be of the acceptable format. Disciplinary actions will be taken towards those who did not submit their outstanding excuse letters.

0960. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.
