1645 - 1730 Reflections on Competition
There will be Normal Training this Tuesday, 28th March 2006.
The attire for Sec 1s - 5s will be P.T. Kit (i.e. PE/SJAB t-shirts & shorts.)
All members are reminded to cut their fingernails and have an adequate rest the night before.All members are also reminded to bring their 1.5 litres of water bottle.
Members who fail to adhere to the above mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.
