0565. Training Programme
For All Members:

1400-1415 Opening Parade
1415-1515 Footdrill
1515-1530 Break
1530-1645 Nursings: Home Nursing,Ambulance: First Aid
1645-1700 Closing Parade

0566. The attire for all members will be Half-u. (St John t-shirt/ PE t-shirt (for sec 2s) and St John culottes for nursing; St John t-shirt and long pants for ambulance; boots, beret, name tag and St John belt.) Members are reminded to polish their boots. Nursing members are to bring their hairnets/bun nets. All members are reminded to cut their fingernails.

0567. All members are reminded to bring a 1.5 litre ice mountain water bottle,ear hooks,home nursing booklets,first aid manuals,cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.

0568. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Friday's training are to do so before Friday, 30th January 2009 to their respective Platoon SGTs.

0569. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Friday, 30th January 2009. Submissions are to be made to the respective Platoon SGTs. The style of the letter should be of the acceptable format.

0570. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.
