0577. Training Programme
For Sec 2,3 and 4 Members:

0830-0845 Opening Parade
0845-1030 Footdrill
1030-1045 Break
1045-1215 Nursings: Home Nursing,Ambulance: First Aid
1215-1230 Closing Parade

0578. The attire for all Sec 2,3 and 4 members will be Half-u. (St John t-shirt/ PE t-shirt (for sec 2s) and St John culottes for nursing; St John t-shirt and long pants for ambulance; boots, beret, name tag and St John belt.) Members are reminded to polish their boots. Nursing members are to bring their hairnets/bun nets. All members are reminded to cut their fingernails.

0579. All members are reminded to bring a 1.5 litre ice mountain water bottle,ear hooks,home nursing booklets,first aid manuals,cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.

0580. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Saturday's training are to do so before Saturday, 7th February 2009 to their respective Platoon SGTs.

0581. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Saturday, 7th February 2009. Submissions are to be made to the respective Platoon SGTs. The style of the letter should be of the acceptable format.

0582. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.
