0625. Training Programme

For All Sec 1 Members:

0800 – 0815 Opening Parade
0815 – 0915 FootDrill
0915 – 0930 Break
0930 – 1100 FootDrill
1100 – 1245 First Aid
1245 – 1300 Closing Parade

For All Sec 2 - 4 Members:

0800 – 0815 Opening Parade
0815 – 0915 FootDrill
0915 – 0930 Break
0930 – 1100 For Ambulance:Transportation Of Casualty
For Nursings: First Aid
1100 – 1245 For Ambulance:First Aid
For Nursings: Home Nursing
1245 – 1300 Closing Parade


0626. The attire for Sec 1 members will be PT kit. (PE shirt and trackpants).The attire for sec 2, 3, and 4 members will be Half-u. (PE t-shirt and St John culottes for nursing; PE t-shirt and long pants for ambulance; St John beret, name tag,St John belt and boots.) Members are reminded to polish their boots. Nursing members are to bring their hairnets and bun nets.

0627. All members are reminded to bring a 1.5 litre ice mountain water bottle, ear hooks, home nursing booklets, first aid manuals, cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.

0628. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Friday's training are to do so before Friday, 20th March 2009 to their respective Platoon SGTs.

0629. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Friday, 20th March 2009. Submissions are to be made to the respective Platoon SGTs. The style of the letter should be of the acceptable format.

0630. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.
