1.There will be games day for all members on Tuesday,7th April 2009.The attire is PT kit.(i.e PE t-shirt and PE shorts.)

2.All Cadets are reminded to bring your 1.5l ice mountain bottle,ear hooks,cut their fingernails and have adequate rest before.
