The following are the training details:
2:30 - 2:35: Fall in
2:35 - 3:35: PT
3:35 - 3:55: Break
3:55 - 5:30: Footdrill
Attire: SJAB tee and school shorts (bun)
Don't forget to bring your water bottle and have a heavy lunch.
