0497. Training Programme
For All Members:

1330-1345 Opening Parade
1345-1445 Footdrill
1445-1500 Break
1500-1615 First Aid
1615-1630 Closing Parade

0498. The attire for all members will be Half-u. (St John t-shirt/ PE t-shirt (for sec 2s) and St John culottes for nursing; St John t-shirt and long pants for ambulance; boots, beret, name tag and St John belt.) Members are reminded to polish their boots. Nursing members are to bring their hairnets/bun nets. All members are reminded to cut their fingernails

0499. All members are reminded to bring a 1.5 litre ice mountain water bottle,ear hooks,first aid manual,cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.

0500. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Friday's training are to do so before Friday, 07th November 2008 to their respective Platoon SGTs.

0501. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Friday, 07th November 2008. Submissions are to be made to the respective Platoon SGTs. The style of the letter should be of the acceptable format.

0502. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.
