0503. Training Programme
For All Members:

0800-0815 Opening Parade
0815-0915 Footdrill
0915-0930 Break
0930-1045 First Aid
1045-1100 Closing Parade

0504. The attire for all members will be Half-u. (St John t-shirt/ PE t-shirt (for sec 2s) and St John culottes for nursing; St John t-shirt and long pants for ambulance; boots, beret, name tag and St John belt.) Members are reminded to polish their boots. Nursing members are to bring their hairnets/bun nets. All members are reminded to cut their fingernails

0505. All members are reminded to bring a 1.5 litre ice mountain water bottle,ear hooks,first aid manual,cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before.

0506. Any members who are applying to be excused from this Tuesday's training are to do so before Tuesday, 11th November 2008 to their respective Platoon SGTs.

0507. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Tuesday, 11 November 2008. Submissions are to be made to the respective Platoon SGTs. The style of the letter should be of the acceptable format.

0508. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.
