0985. Training Programme

For Sec 1 Members:

1430-1500 Uniform Check
1500-1615 First Aid
1615-1630 Break
1630-1730 Footdrill

For Sec 2 Members:

1430-1615 First Aid
1615-1630 Break
1630-1730 Footdrill

0986. The attire for all members is PT kit(PE shirt and PE shorts). Nursing members are to bring their bun nets.

0987. All members are reminded to bring their 1.5 litre ice mountain bottle, ear hooks and cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before. All cadets are reminded to bring their first aid materials. Sec1 cadets are reminded to bring their full uniform which consists of the beret, crest, belts and buckle.

0988. All members who are applying to be excused from this Friday's training, 9 July 2010 to the Discipline master.

0989. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Friday, 9 July 2010 to the Discipline master. The style of letter should be of acceptable format.

0990. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.
