1003. Training Programme

For Sec 1 Members:

1500-1530 Opening Parade/ Attire Check
1530-1630 Games
1630-1645 Break
1645-1750 Footdrill
1750-1800 Closing Parade

For Sec 2-3 Members:

1500-1530 Opening Parade/ Attire Check
1530-1630 Footdrill
1630-1645 Break
1645-1750 TOC/Home Nursing
1750-1800 Closing Parade

1004. The attire for all Sec 1-3 members will be Full u (St John uniform and St John culottes for nursings; St John uniform and long pants for ambulance; boots, beret, name tag and St John belt.) Members are also reminded to bring along their Pt kit (PE shirt and PE shorts). Members are reminded to polish their boots. Nursing members are to bring their hairnets/ bun nets.

1005. All members are reminded to bring their 1.5 litre ice mountain water bottle, ear hooks, cut their fingernails and have adequate rest the night before. All cadets are reminded to bring their first aid materials.

1006. Any members who are applying to be excused for this Tuesday's training are to do so before Tuesday, 27 July 2010 to the Discipline master.

1007. Any outstanding excuse letters that are not submitted are to be done so by this Tuesday, 27 July 2010 to the Discipline master. The style of letter should be of the acceptable format.

1008. Members who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned will be disciplinary dealt with.
